Mr.Riviere has more than twenty-eight years of experience acquiring, designing, directing and building commercial and residential projects. He has held the lead position in all installation and layout associated with each company listed below. His experience in construction and the understanding of the materials associated with each project has dramatically cut down on time delays. Nothing is more important than actual install experience that gains a more realistic position on timing and implementation. Whether he is acting in the capacity of controlling the budget and creating legitimate change orders for the Owner of a GC company, or acting as an owners’ representative and controlling the change orders generated by the GC, he has effectively handled both sides of this coin with great success.

Total remodeling company with arcitecture and art in mind. Started in New Jersey, Mr. Riviere has perfected the method of fusing art and architecture into the concept or idea rendered either by Arcitect, Owner or a collaborative effort of a team. With budgets ranging from a few hundred to 1mil. Mr. Riviere can and does bring his own unique brand to every project.

 

 

 

Graffiti and Ink, Owner 2012-Current

 

Art based Company created for dealing with street art vandalism. Primary focus is to work with the public in handling the negative impact that “tagging” has come to symbolize. We then approach each Graffiti Artist and open them to the concept of becoming an artist that does Graffiti. We have had over 1500 Graffiti Artists visit our facility.

Plan, design, renovate and furnish all facets of residential and commercial buildings. Serve as project manager and team leader overseeing all aspects of design and renovation projects. Manage budgets well over 5 million.

Oversaw development and real estate transactions to ensure services met market needs, then executed on time and on budget. Managed over $15 million in construction budgets and sold $10.5 million in real estate for first year’s business. Served as representative and project manager, overseeing all aspects of renovation projects.

Developed and implemented strategies for acquiring and purchasing land. Responsible for bringing projects to local planning boards. Composed and implemented all contracts with purchasing and construction. Lead Foreman for all trades in renovation projects. Responsible for acquiring all leases and rental incomes.Owned and Managed 43 multi-family dwellings in Hudson County.

Held lead position for acquisition of all projects and logistics governing those projects. Responsible for mobilizing and co-ordination of all trades. Managed install of utilities in the field; gas ,water, drainage and sewer work. Acted as liaison with all types of unions in NJ and NY. Handled all estimating, bidding and contract negotiations.
